SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">  Periods of sea fog (some dense) will remain an issue until the next  cold front makes its way into the waters this evening and on into  Wednesday morning. Expect strengthening north to northeast winds  and building seas to develop behind the front, and advisory flags  will likely be needed. East to southeast winds return to the area  Saturday and Saturday night as high pressure moves off to the east.
