.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">  Dense fog in the nearshore waters will slowly flow into bays late  this afternoon and overnight. Moist southeasterly flow will  continue tonight and into Monday. Like Sunday, there will be  improvements in the Bays and near the coast during the afternoon  hours on Monday but the fog is expected to return Monday night  then repeat the same cycle on Tuesday. A cold front will push off  the coast on Wednesday that will bring an end to the fog threat  and usher in moderate to strong offshore flow through Friday.  Expect scattered showers on Wednesday and Thursday with the  frontal passage.
