NOAA Weather Synopsis

.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Onshore flow will persist through this afternoon. Areas of sea

fog continue possible today across the bays and nearshore waters.

A cold front will move through the region tonight into early

Tuesday morning, helping to improve any lowered visibilities due

to sea fog. Increased northeast winds and slightly higher seas are

expected in the wake of the front Tuesday morning and afternoon.

Onshore wind flow returns Wednesday and persists through Saturday.
