.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Sea fog has returned and visibility is below a mile over the

nearshore waters and adjacent bays. The dense fog advisory has

been extended into the afternoon. Fog should re-develop again

tonight into Monday. Fog will be a problem until late Tuesday into

Wednesday. Winds have decreased but slightly elevated seas will

be slow to subside. Southerly winds will strengthen Tuesday and

Wednesday with responding elevated seas.
