.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Sea fog has returned and visibility is below a mile over the

nearshore waters and adjacent bays. Winds have decreased but

slightly elevated seas will be slow to subside. Southerly winds

will increase again Tuesday and Wednesday with rough seas

developing. Small craft advisory conditions are expected during

this time.
