<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">Florence, located over the western Atlantic Ocean, on Hurricane

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">Helene, located over the eastern Atlantic Ocean, on Tropical

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">Storm Isaac, located near the Lesser Antilles, and on Subtropical

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">Storm Joyce, located a little less than a 1000 miles west-southwest

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">of the Azores.

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black"> 

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">1. A trough of low pressure located over the western Gulf of Mexico is

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms. While upper-level

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">winds are generally conducive for the development of a tropical

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">depression, the system only has about a day before it reaches the

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">western Gulf coast.  An Air Force Reserve Hurricane Hunter aircraft

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">is scheduled to investigate the disturbance later today, if

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">necessary. Regardless of development, heavy rainfall and gusty winds

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">are expected across portions of northeastern Mexico, Texas, and

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">Louisiana on Friday and Saturday.  Interests there should monitor

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">the progress of this system, and refer to products from their local

<span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">weather office.
