<span-family:"Times New Roman",serif">With the passing of severe weather associated with Winter Storm Uri, the Captain of the Port (COTP) Houston-Galveston strongly encourages all port partners and waterfront
facilities to take prudent measures to ensure the safe resumption of operations after power and/or water loss and heavy ice formation. All facilities are encouraged to conduct an assessment of infrastructure that may have been compromised. These items may

tender.
<span-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Stolthaven: Facility shut down until further notice. No update given as to when the terminal will resume operations.
<span-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Odfjell: Facility shut down until further notice. No update given as to when the terminal will resume operations.
<span-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Vopak: advises that they are still trying to return power/utilities to the terminal, and likely will not be up and running again before the beginning
of next week (02/21st).
<span-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Kinder Morgan Pasadena: Power was restored to the Pasadena Terminal around midnight. We successfully resumed a number of operations since that time.
<span-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Kinder Morgan Galena Park: Power is still on at Galena Park. The natural gas and nitrogen supply remain low or off all together. Our GP Operations
and maintenance personnel continue to hunt for nitrogen solutions at this time.
<span-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Exxon Baytown: Facility shut down until further notice. No update given as to when the terminal will resume operations.
